SUGGESTED USE For maintenance of healthy immune response, a person between 100 to 150 lbs. take 1 tablet daily; a person between 151 to 200 lbs., take 2 tablets daily. At the first sign of imbalances in your well-being, take 4 (100 to 150 lbs.) to 6 tablets (151 to 200 lbs.), 2 to 3 times daily for 1-2 weeks.
